Asahi Kasei Medical Co., Ltd. is pleased to inform the second announcement of the Planova™ Workshop Hainan Is., China will take place on January 15, 2015 at the Sanya Marriott Resort & Spa on Hainan Island, China.

In China, the plasma derivatives and biopharmaceutical industries are growing quickly, and at the same time, safety issues related to these products have become one of the biggest concerns in the industry. Consequently, the need for virus removal filters is becoming greater and greater.

Planova™ filters were the first filters developed specifically for removing viruses from biotherapeutics. Since their launch in 1989, Planova™ filters have built up a record of proven safety and reliability in the biotherapeutic industry internationally, including in China.

At this workshop, there will be more than 10 presentations, including case studies of the use of Planova™ filters. This is an excellent opportunity to exchange information with industry experts and become acquainted with Planova™ filters and related technical support.
