  • Planova™ 病毒去除过滤器在连续流工艺中的应用及其可实现性的严格验证

    連続プロセスは、mabに代表される組換えたんぱく質の生産性向上とコスト削減を実現するものとして大きな期待が寄せられています。しかし連続プロセスにウイルスフィルターを組入れることについては、長時間の等速ろ過安定性並びにバッファー交換時などのプロセスポーズによるウイルス除去ロバスト性への懸念が指摘されています。カラムプロセスとプラノバ™BioEXをタンクレスで直結し、等速でたんぱく溶液をろ過する統合プロセスは、長時間に渡るろ過安定性とロバストなウイルス除去性があることが実証され、連続プロセスへの実装可能性が示されました。
