Can I use Planova™ filters for uses other than what it is designed for?

Planova™ filters are virus removal filters that are specifically designed for use in the development or manufacture of therapeutic medicinal products, in accordance with the associated usage instructions (i.e., Instructions for Use, Filtration Procedure and Standard Operation Procedure of Integrity Test). Uses other than the above purposes are outside of our scope of use, and we may not provide support services for such uses. Also, purchase of Planova™ for such uses shall be at purchaser's sole risk and liability.
